Clicks, under extrudes and makes a crap ton of noise. I have been from one end of the adjustment to the other in half turns, with the exact same results. out of the box as I was loading my filament small metal shavings started to appear on my build plate.I see people on youtube taking these apart and "servicing" them. I am not going to take this piece of junk apart and try and fix what should have been done before it slipped out the back door past the QC individual.I am returning it for another identical item, however my hopes of getting a quality hotend are very low. Right out of the box this POS should have been performing well. I got a feeling these are all crap. Pisses me off because I spent a lot of time designing a mount, part cooler and a BL mount. So, I hope the next one will be better and last longer than a couple of hours.UPDATEOkay, I took this thing apart. The non driven gear for the extruder (the one attached to the tensioner and filament release) is held in place with a pin. On my extruder, that pin had not been fully seated causing the gear to not properly mesh with the drive gear. After seating the pin I haven’t had a single issue. In fact this thing is pretty darn good!If the engineers ever read these reviews, maybe they ought to take a look at their design and maybe redesign it. Thread the end of the pin perhaps???Anyway updating to five stars.
