Description

EPAX Hard Resin was specially formulated for large printers. Due to more background light and longer printing time/size, the EPAX hard resin is specially formulated to withstand background light for long time. It is the ideal resin for everyday uses and is the recommended resin for our larger printers such as X10, X133 and X156. It sure also works great with our X1 printers and any other LCD resin printers on market.

Features

Specially formulated for very large printers but works great with printers large or small

    Great for making miniatures

Very stable resin and can tolerate more background light

Has wider light tolerance range and great for mono screen LCD printers

ABS-like performance. Hard with great toughness.

I've been using Epax resin now for a while and I much prefer it over Siraya Tech Fast. The smell is worse if that bothers you but it cleans easier and the finish is a little nicer. It's definitely a tough resin. It seems more durable then Siraya Tech. It's not as brittle. My only complaint is the vendor. All of my orders came from the same vendor and one had a loose cap which caused the resin to leak. Fortunately the resin is in a sealed bag so no mess. I returned that one for a replacement. And the date is usually around a year old already. Shelf live is said to be a year on most resins. I don't keep a large stock on hand so for me it's fine but it's something to keep in mind. This bottle has a 9-21 date on it so it's just about a year old already.
