I love to buy and try a cheap new resin. This resin started out looking like a pretty decent resin. It is very thing and flows like water, the thinnest I've used so far. I printed some chunky, thicker parts (nothing thinner than 2.5 mm) and I though it did great on those parts. It cleans easy and the oder isn't very strong; a little, but not strong. Then I printed something that was thin (a little over 1 mm). It started out looking good. On day 1 after print it still looked good. By day 3, the thin print was warped more than any other resin I've ever seen. A flat piece curled up more than a Pringle. If you print miniatures that have swords or something, your swords will curl up more than you ever thought possible! One interesting property of this resin is that is is solid black on thicker parts, but on thin parts, it is translucent. It doesn't get opaque until around 1 mm or so. Unfortunately, all those translucent thin parts are just going to curl horribly and be unusable. You also can't uncurl a curled part. It will snap just like any regular resin. So I have a cheap, decent resin for printing chunky parts. This appeared to be a new company and I decided to give it a shot based on its one review. I had some very high-quality detailed prints with this resin. The resin is quite a bit darker than I had been using but worked well with my original settings. However, there were too many issues to give 5 stars. Right off, the first major problem was that the bottle wasn't full and was missing about a quarter of its contents. Second, despite their claims of minimal shrinkage, my prints had significant shrinkage compared to the resin I was using. Lastly, because of the previous two issues, this resin does not last as long as it should. A bottle of my other resin produced one huge (solid) mini and over a dozen standard-sized minis. This resin was only enough to print one huge mini (hollowed) and four standard minis. The detail is great though. If you can handle the shrinkage and being shorted, there is a definite trade off of quality vs quantity. For this fact, I would buy again if I were to recieve a full bottle. This Resin is so dang cheap it's really a good brand to prototype with that's it.Having used 10-15 brands of resin, this is so far the worst one. No where is the listing does it say translucent, yet it is. The exposure settings printed on the bottle do not work for either printer we have. It's watery. The part come out fragile. Thin parts deform. It doesn't stick to the bed well. Save you money and buy a real resin. While not a substitute for some of the other resins that have been around, this is a good economical resin for bulk prints. I did find it offered more shrinkage than I was used to, so unfortunately multipiece prints that needed precise fitting weren't usable.Resin is at a great price point but you do pay with inconsistent prints. Took a couple tries to get the resin to print semi consistently have to crank up the exposure. Has a more milky color than actual white. The resin does settle in that what seems to be the white ink/tint settles in the bottle and vat over time making it critical to ensure a light mix prior to print to ensure consistent finish. I don’t think I would buy again although it might be good for someone that has the patience to setup and wants to find budget resin. This review is for white resin, for use in common resin printers. The first thing to note: The bottle has exposure values to be used in the printer settings with this resin. Those values did NOT work for me on my EPAX printer. Using them (which I did for my first print) resulted in a print failure. Getting a reasonable print from it required adding nearly 50% to each setting to get it to work. This is after ensuring proper mix, and is higher than I've had to use for clear resin in the past (which is generally on the higher side of exposures because it doesn't absorb as much). On initially opening the bottle, it was clear the resin has a relatively strong odor. Not the worst I've experienced, but you will likely not want to use this unless you have a vented setup. The prints also have this smell to them, even after cleaning and curing, though it's not quite as strong when solid. The material itself comes out rather well when printed, and remains opaque white with a reasonable amount of sun exposure. The surface takes paint rather well, but I would note you don't want to paint anything printed for at least a couple days if you're using latex paint, as it is still off-gassing and will make bubbles in the paint.Overall, this is OK if you want white resin, and are fine with experimenting a bit to find the right exposure settings for your device.
