Excelent product.This is the second time that we received a defective item from you guys, and what really peace me of is that you guys never are willing to fix the problem at the best convenience for us (your customers) I received a defective toner with a 30% of life only, and the best option you that you guys offered me was to return the toner and after you receive it you will reimburse my money, well let me ask you this, Didn't you think for a moment that if I do that I will be completely stopping production with this machine? It is clear that you guys are not willing to try to help your customers. I have been buying toners from you guys for more than a year now, buying toners 3 times a month, and even though this is the best option to resolve the problem that you guys can offer me? Really disappoint.Works fine as it can get on WorcentreIt is the toner that works with my printer: Xerox Phaser 6125.
